“Before I attended Lee’s training, the development team I work with claimed to use Agile, but were not executing some key practices to make Agile effective. As the product manager, I saw that the development team was not producing maximum results, but felt like I didn’t have the right tools to help fix the process. After the 2 day training, I came back to my company excited to implement the things I had learned to improve the development process. I made a list of 20 things that I felt needed to be changed in my company in order for us to see the results Lee talked about in his training.
